Absolutely loved the 309 Bar. Kerry and Kurt are some of the nicest people I’ve met, and Race behind the bar was fantastic too. Just genuinely warm, welcoming people who made me feel right at home. Hot Springs has that small-town American feel that seems harder and harder to find these days, where strangers actually talk to each other and people make you feel like you belong. The BEST hometown bar!! Warm and amazing staff and inviting atmosphere! Darts, live music, community projects and fundraisers, etc, these are good folks who are making a difference in our community. Dive bar that had only frozen pizzas to serve. Said they were going through a transition. Female bartender was friendly and engaging. Gave me a good BBQ recommendation. They should have more beer from South Dakota.
