Recently moved out and there was water damage in the ceiling we didn’t know about so they sent me the billing invoice and instead of answering phone calls or emails they sent it straight to collections giving you no chance to speak your case
There is always garbage everywhere here in the complex as people leave their garbage out 7 days a week for the animals to rip open. Unless you want to see garbage and rats everywhere, I would avoid living here at all costs. I have complained to management and nothing ever gets done about this.

Be aware of the current property management team. I am normally a very forgiving and understanding person so it takes A LOT for me to write a bad review but this “company” deserves it. I would give zero stars if that were possible. They have spent the last year harassing us over non existent balances, even to the point where we had to show up to a court hearing.
