Got locked in this parkade after paying and had a valid receipt until 11 PM. The after-hours contact number posted on their own signage connects to a security company that flat-out told me they couldn’t help with vehicle access. Called every other Impark number I could find — no one could get me out. Had to book a car-share home and come back the next morning to retrieve my car. If you’re parking here anywhere near closing, know that their emergency contact info doesn’t actually work.
