This is my Dad's 2nd assisted living facility and it is 180 degrees better. In the first few weeks we have had like 109 different people responsive to my Dad's needs. Its a top notch facility with a great team!
Staff (notably Andre and Drew) went the extra mile, staying late to show us around and remaining patient and flexible as our process had a number of false starts, twists and turns. Would definitely recommend 305 for attentive staff, good accommodations and great location on the Upper West Side.
I thought long and hard about whether or not to post a review; I honestly am so happy to never have to be involved with this place again. I moved my 86 year old mother, who has a Traumatic Brain Injury, in January of 2023. I live out of state, and my mom’s Live-In caregiver of 14 years was dying of cancer. The staff of 305 West End Assisted Living is outstanding...caring, thoughtful, compassionate. The facility is excellent and very well maintained. We were fortunate to have this residence available when my wife needed extra care.
