My wife has been in the 305 West End Reflections memory care community for 1.5 years. She is well cared for in a warm and friendly environment. The facility is clean and well run. The meals are healthy. The staff is friendly to their charges and their families. Dementia in a loved one is very tough for family members but knowing Lucy is well cared for is a great help.

The Reflection staff (memory care) truly goes above and beyond. Recently when my husband lost his phone, Trish and her team spent days checking with staff and residents, trying to piece together when it was last seen. They left no stone unturned--including my husband's wheel chair cushion, WHICH IS WHERE THE PHONE TURNED OUT TO BE! Thank you, Regie (and everyone else who made this loss turn into a win).

My wife Jane had Alzheimer’s Disease. She entered Reflections on October 1st 2025. She passed away early September. The Reflections team were absolutely fabulous. Within a short time I knew I had chosen the right facility. The aides, entertainment group, nurses, and other care team members provided a level of care beyond my highest expectations. I have had a wonderful experience with 305 West End. My cousin has been living here for the last 2.5 years, and after seeing their experience firsthand, I was absolutely thrilled with everything I saw. I visited a few other communities in NYC and 305 was definitely the best choice for my cousin! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. 305 is truly a wonderful community. The level of care and attention the residents receive is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, supported, and at home. We moved our Dad to 305 over a year ago and we could not be more pleased. The food is also outstanding! There is a great variety of fresh, delicious meals, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into the dining experience.
