I have been visiting 305 West End Assisted Living for several years preparing to move in. I am so impressed with this place. I am planning to retire in NYC and this is where I am choosing to live. Andre Bongiorno is the absolute best for sharing all the information and preparing for your move. The facility is clean and friendly and offers all the amenities anyone should need in their later years. The proximity to everything is just perfect. So many activities are available as well.

Do not place your family at 305. They promise you they will take good care of your loved one and I’m horrified by the level of neglect and deceit that has happened with my mother in the year she has been there. She needed PT, their therapist went away for six weeks and they did not find a replacement for her. As a result, her legs swelled, split, and now have sores all over them. Wonderful and warm staff, delicious food, and enriching events for seniors. A fantastic and welcoming community on the beautiful Upper West Side. My senior enjoyed his time at 305; strongly recommend.
