⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service from start to finish. The bed arrived in outstanding condition, clean, fully functional, and exactly as described. You can tell it was professionally refurbished and thoroughly inspected. The delivery team was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend 305 Medical Beds for anyone looking for quality equipment and reliable service.
I had an excellent experience with this company. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The hospital bed was exactly as described—high quality, clean, and in perfect working condition. What really impressed me was the international shipping to Venezuela. They handled the entire process efficiently, kept me informed the whole time, and the delivery arrived safely without any issues. That level of service is hard to find. 305 Medical Beds is honestly top tier. The beds are super clean, modern, and ridiculously comfortable. Not your typical medical setup at all. Everything feels high quality and well put together. The team is Super responsive, easygoing, and on point with everything. No stress, no delays, just smooth from start to finish. Delivery was quick and everything came in perfect condition. This is the spot! 10/10👆🏻
Very excellent service. Thank you to the staff that was willing to expedite the delivery as the hospital was pushing to get her discharged before we were ready for her at home. Delivery went smooth and everyone was very professional and cooperative. I highly recommend this company.
We recently purchased a hospital bed from 305 Medical Beds for our mother and we could not be happier with the bed or service we received. We shopped around and they had the best prices around. Great value for a perfectly refurbished quality fully functional hospital bed. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a hospital bed.
