Very poor communication and misleading pricing. I was told one price, but when I picked up my trailer they said part of the work wasn’t included and didn’t do it. They also took my trailer somewhere else for work without telling me because they couldn’t do it themselves. Then they claimed they “lost money.” The whole situation felt dishonest. I do NOT recommend this place. He will charge you outrageous prices, and give you a temporary fix for your problem. When you come back to try to let him know what has happened he will tell you there’s nothing he can do. I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with him I know multiple people.
Great customer service and pricing. Henry is very friendly and conveniently located right off 305.
