Winston from the 3030 Ocean Bar is AWFUL RUDE. We came here for my mother birthday, we were thinking about staying an extra night but we had such a bad experience that we are no longer doing it. Maybe he is RACIST or he doesn’t like Hispanics but since we got there he didn’t acknowledge us, he was laughing the whole time with the people next to us without giving us any attention whatsoever. Grabbed the glasses with his fingers inside, no napkins no anything, bad attitude when speaking. Horrible experience.
Service was non-existent. Had to search for a waitress to take our order. Went to the bar twice for service, was ignored. Place was nearly empty except for foul mouthed soccer fans. Found our own menus. Had to refill our own beverages. I thought this was a resort. It’s a bar, not a good restaurant. Manager called and reviewed video of my visit. He apologized for their poor service and refunded our money. He invited us back and we refused.
We had a reservation for Monday night at 9:30 PM and received a call that they would be closing early due to inclement weather. We quickly headed over to see if we could still get in, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was accommodating and got us seated right away. The entire meal was outstanding. My girlfriend ordered the Sea Foam Sour, and I enjoyed two excellent Smoked Old Fashioneds.
