Disappointed with communication to say the least. Had three sessions of SMP done with Ray and reached out for a forth because I wanted a more of a lined up look and was ghosted. Didn’t hear back until I caught him in person. This is after multiple calls, texts, and DM’s. Ended up lasering the tattoo off because the procedure wasn’t done correctly after shaving my head and seeing the spots he didn’t fill in with the first three sessions. SMP by Ray is one of the best decisions I’ve made. With going bald, I would always wear a hat and would hate to have my head exposed in Public. Since getting my smp done, I no longer wear hats and I get compliments all the time on my hair cut which they don’t know is actually a tattoo lol. Confidence is up, and I feel good. 100% recommended.
