Ordered Medium spicy Tonkotsu Ramen w/ xtra egg and chashu and a side of Takoyaki. The store recently had its grand opening a few days ago from what I saw. We got our orders in at around 0520ish. The takoyaki came first and was honestly the only thing I ordered that was worth eating. When it comes to Tonkotsu Ramen, this is the #1 well known Ramen known for its creaminess flavor from pork bone broth thats made over a long course of hours. THIS WAS NOT THAT. If you like sour/sweet flavors and seafood, do the seafood Tom Yum ramen. It was amazing, and probably the best ramen i've had all year. I'll be coming here again, for certain.
I have never been disappointed by any meal I’ve had here. The cream cheese wontons and spicy beef ramen are all fantastic! I take visiting friends and family here when they want to try a local non-chain restaurant in Arvada.
