We’ve been using 303 Heating and Air for so long I can’t even remember exactly when we started—definitely more than 10 years! If we hadn’t moved out of state, we’d still be loyal customers today. Tom is incredibly professional, attentive, and transparent in his work. What really makes him stand out is the respect he shows his clients. Tom came by give an estimate and went MIA, I recommend saving your time and money and go for companies that are responsive.
I called 303 when I was really in a pinch. My hot water heater was condemned and I had a friend refer a guy. Needless to say after flooding my basement and numerous other issues I had to kick my first contractor out, leaving us with no hot water all while having a with a new born at home. I highly recommend Tom with 303 Heating and Air! We hired Tom to install our furnace back in 2020 right after we bought our home. I had gotten several quotes and he was by far the best with excellent customer service and fair pricing. Since then, he replaced our water heater when it broke and recently installed central AC.
