Tom is great and stands by his work. Incredibly accessible and available. Installed an expensive combi boiler 3 yrs ago and when mfg unexpectedly went out of business he made this right. Heating and Plumbing repair and install I call Tom first!!!!!!

Tom is a great guy who is very knowledgeable, honest, has fair pricing and does excellent work. I've hired other large HVAC companies in the past that did sub-par work and tried to sell me services and products I didn't need so I looked for a local small business and luckily I got a referral for Tom and I'm so glad I did! He quickly figured out all I needed was my external AC unit cleaned because it was clogged up from my neighbors Cottonwood trees. Once he did that my AC was back to working like new again. 303 is so great! I own a condo and got multiple quotes to fix a heating issue that only my unit was experiencing. Tom was the only one who could get my heat back on without draining the boiler- something my HOA wouldn't allow during heating season. It wasn't an easy job but he did it and his pricing beat the competitors!
