While I do enjoy some things about living here, my overall experience has been frustrating. Management has been all over the place. The newer team has made a little effort, but not enough. Parking has been a major issue. You’d expect it to be figured out before move-in, but that wasn’t the case. We stayed here for 2 years. The apartments are nice and the location is a lot of fun. I never had to wait long for maintenance to fix any issue we had, and we never had any serious issues. Yeah, there have been issues with the garage door and elevator in the past as other reviews have mentioned, but I don’t think you can find any apartment complex where things won’t break down occasionally. AVOID this property and all other properties managed by AMC LLC. As others have stated, they just plain don't answer the phone, even for prospective tenants. And that unprofessionalism will extend to your residency and beyond. Upon moving out, there was apparently a balance on my account that I didn't know about. And rather than actually performing the responsibilities of property managers and reconciling my account with me, it languished in silence until AMC submitted it to collections three YEARS after I moved out.
