Worst shop The owner didn’t mention a $40 inspection fee in the beginning and when I went to pick up my car, tried charging me when I said there was no discussion of me being charged anything in the beginning he said all the other guy that I spoke to was supposed to tell me and that he wouldn’t waive the fee or help me out on it at all Because they messed up and didn’t mention it or tell me about it in the beginning
Absolutely DO NOT go to 303 Alignment and Auto. This place is a complete scam and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business—especially when it comes to Smart Start services. I paid them over $600, and NONE of that money was ever reported to Smart Start. That means they basically pocketed the money and left me in the system as if I never paid a dime. I had a terrible wobble in my steering wheel and already had tires balanced and rotated by Discount . So next, I thought I would need an alignment. 303 told me that would be a waste of money and would fix my problem. After looking at the tires, he was right I needed a new set. He was very upfront and giving me a total price out the door without hidden fees and comparing this to other shops. It was a good deal. They lower cars but can’t do alignments on them and wasted my time and I drove on a spare tire to get there. Not for lowered cars they suck.
