I used to love the property but now I can’t wait to get out of here. We have had problems with mice (my husband having to catch 10 to date, from the time we moved in til now) and mold because of the hack job they did when they flipped this place before renting it out to us. Our insulation in the attic was over 20 years old when they finally came to replace it, our dry rotted back door is just now being addressed after putting in a maintenance request two months ago after I reported them to the county twice. I hope someone will read my comment, someone who can take some action against this office, because this office takes money for Application, and they will not call you back and this money is not returned to you, pure scammers.
Properties seem to be well kept but as many others has already stated my problem is with the professionalism and communication and seems to be with the same person, James. Makes me wonder if there’s really any other employees other than him. First, the properties for rent aren’t even listed on their site and the ones that are listed just say coming soon.
