I love this place… Dr. Fiss is amazing! I can’t leave out Stacey who serviced me on most of my visits and made things happen. Jenn took time to teach me how to properly put in & take out my retainer. I give them 10/10.
Stacy is great and doesn't panic or get flustered when things are weird.
Easy and fast check-in. Timely service would text and orthodontist. Team explains treatment and process very thoroughly, and answers all questions. Would highly recommend!
Stacy was very patient with my very concerned son, she took the time to answer all his questions. And made sure he was prepared for the equipment he was getting placed in his mouth! We have been coming to this office for little over a year and have never had an issue!!!! We love it here :)
I just finished orthodonic treatment a few weeks ago after having braces for the 2nd time in 50+ years. (Wear your retainers, kids...it matters!!!!! ) My experience over the past 18 months from both the Fairfax and Pike Creek offices was outstanding from the service provided by the front desk staff, from the techicians, and by the doctors themselves.
