My family loves this place. From my 8 year old daughter to my wife. We love our time at 301 MMA. Coach Dave and Coach Jill are great at instructing all levels of students. We are all better for going to 301.
My 4 kids and I signed up for the free week trial and we were immediately hooked. The entire gym is super welcoming and friendly. You have to experience it for yourself to fully understand the camaraderie here. Coach Dave and Jill are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re looking for welcoming place to start or continue training, this is it!
Once I entered the gym, I knew I found the right one. The people were friendly and the owners Dave and Jill are so knowledgeable of their craft. I learn jiu-jitsu from them and since I've become a student, I've seen lots of improvement.
We’re so happy to be a part of the 301 MMA family. We came here last year in the hopes of finding a sport for our son that would teach him discipline, respect, and self-defense. but also have a good time. He has learned so much for being a young kid. Our oldest daughter is now attending classes and is hooked! You feel welcomed from the first day and continue to feel welcomed and part of the 301 MMA family each day. Best gym in the area if you're looking for Jiu Jitsu and/or MMA classes for all ages/training backgrounds.
I was visiting from out of state and joined 301mma for a Sunday open roll. What a great experience, everyone there was super respectful and were great to roll with. Thank you!!
