Friendly and professional.
I have been buying parts form jellisons for years. Overall they are the cheapest and often I get really nice parts meaning almost new. But that's just the luck of draw anywhere. Additionally the parts can be cheaper than u pull r parts on occasion and I don't even have to pull them. All these people on here talking trash are probably idiots. I litterally own a auto repair business and I'm always happy when these guys have what I need. Could they sell a faulty part? Sure used parts are used. Have they sold me a bad part yet? ... read more
Disappointed at there way of doing things ; they don't know what they have , they tell me about a car the same year and model as mine, so I want a part he tell me 10.00 ,ok ;I get out there, it coast me 2.00$ just to walk in , I find the car, IT ALL STRIPED OF EVERYTHING, NOTHING LEFTOVER!!!. All for nothing really Disappointed, what a joke of a place, don't waste your time at this PLACE.
They are looking for any excuse not to return any parts. Poor service and expensive parts.
Paying a down payment for the part is not convenient and a hassle and they should check the part right away if it's usable before adding it to their inventory. Who adds broken parts to good inventory?
