For years, I rented an office space at this building and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the building itself and the owner! The team does a great job to make sure that the establishment is kept clean, and they do a great job of communicating with all of their tenants. This building has such a strong and beautiful historical presence in the community. Highly recommend contacting them if you’re considering renting office space or more!

I’ve just passed my one year anniversary as a member of the Dewart building community. I love my office and my business is busier than ever. The building is beautiful and charming, the management, present and helpful. I appreciate the care that is taken to provide a safe, clean, welcoming environment for myself and my clients. It’s a wonderful place to run my business and be a part of the community.
My business Fit FAM, a gym is located in this building at 310 state street for over 1 1/2 my experience with Mel(the owner) has been amazing so far. He is a kind, heart warming and overall great human who will do anything for his tenants and friends.
