Pro: Stellar gym, old school vibes, tons of unique gym equipment. The natural lighting is peak. The lady room is cozy and clean. I give kuddos to the owner to create a safe and comfortable space for women to lift in. Con: During my lift the gym music was absolutely blasting. In my opinion, it was way to loud. It was a weekend, I couldn't ask anyone to turn it down. I couldn't hear my own music. (This is a personal preference, I don't see why gym music has to be so loud.) Great atmosphere to workout in. Has everything you would need from weights, machines, and cardio things. On top of sauna and tanning beds.
