Paid 6200 for a van and exactly 45 later the transmission goes out on top of that tires needed replaced cause of 45 pounds of air in tires I will be down in morning to talk to someone in management or owners and now I lost money and vehicle cause it is sitting in Tennessee
Dishonest people got taken for 500 here I recommend you take ur buses elsewhere
Ok this is a long story and later on I will update with proof but ortiz auto set up a appointment for my sons gas tank to replace after a crazy long time we got car back then found out right away it was still leaking brought it back on appointment after another run around and car sitting it was not even looked at and he swore ( we have in written )that it was a new gas tank my son needed the car they where no hurry and he thought maybe it was something small 4 weeks later the car is in not drivable we find out there almost a... read more
