Sold us a 2015 Chevy trax a few months back. Test drive went fine. I mentioned the Oil light being on and asked if they could take care of it and was told that it had actually just been changed. They just hadn’t reset the sensor yet. I was told the car had no issues. It didn’t even last us two months. We immediately took it across the street to get serviced after purchasing, where they told us it would probably cost a few grand to get all the repairs it needed. Ortiz Car Sales is not where you want to buy a car! Save yourself the money and time and go buy somewhere else! He's a very greedy person who only half ass fixes them to make money then when it breaks down days later he will not help you fix a thing or give you your money back. Worst dealership in town now!

actual scam, doesnt fully fix cars, employees very hard to contact, took over a YEAR to fix my moms car lol, and somehow for some reason took our plate off and it came up missing????? hmm…i wouldnt trust them
