It's a novel design that works, but, from my experience, the materials and workmanship are just not up to standard. I've had 5 of these that (prematurely) failed, whereas my 10-year old Braun (for 1/5th the price) keeps chugging along. I wish this company would contract with a manufacturer that focused on quality.
Do not buy this toothbrush as the warranty is worthless. We returned the brush within a year as it would not turn on. Company emailed the warranty did not apply because there was water in the handle. If you are normal folks you put the handle in the charger after use to keep the battery charged. However if you do this the moisture from the brushes will seep down into the handle since it is not waterproof and after time will short out the handle. I love this tooth brush but I'm not sure what this company is thinking. First off I've had it a year and it no longer works. I don't mind buying another cause I liked the way it worked so well but can't find it at the 100 dollar mark any more. I went to website and saw it sold for 200 plus. I wouldn't even minded if it lasted for years at that price but I think it's a great design with poor materials. For functionality I give it 5 stars for value 1
I really like using the toothbrush, and my only complaint is that the brushes don't move fast enough. Seem to be slowing down (I'm not biting on it). Thought it was batteries, so have changed several times, but the brushes still don't seem to be fast enough for me.
