Virginia kills you with kindness BUT don’t be fooled! She completed the wrong deed after three of us explained to her what we needed. She even gave us examples to guarantee the proper document was being prepared. However when my mom recently passed not only did we find out from several area attorneys that she has a bad reputation...we had to pay a probate estate attorney to correct her mistakes.
