I really like this place. It convenient and allows you to set the time you come in during a 30 minute window. You can’t beat that, 30 minutes of intensity during your own timeframe. What more could you want!
The best workout and the staff and trainers are so encouraging. They push you while encouraging you to do the best you can. I’ve worked out for years but this is an incredible workout for experienced and beginners.
