The workout I had been dreaming of with the trainer's of nightmares. Equipment not cleaned properly in-between. Went once. Never went back. Owner was present and not phased by their protocols.

The staff here is awesome !! They motivate you from warm up and cool down . Everyone one encouraged me every step of the way. Great place to work out 💪🏻
This place is a joke as I can join only if I buy their gloves. I have already my professional boxing gloves but they won’t let me use them so bh bye.
The workout is effective and efficient! The circuit goes by in a flash. The trainers are constantly motivating us and encouraging us to try harder. Being able to bring my kids at no extra cost and have them watch me do this is a bonus!
