Good for female out of shape who has never trained before and wants to loose fat. Technique and knowledge are poor, they are requesting the member not to wrap which could increase injury. This place is prone to increase injury. If you want to increase your technique or learn boxing/kickboxing properly, I recommend to go somewhere else.
This place is so wonderful!! The coaches are so encouraging, but also challenge you. You’re sure to get a great workout in, and in only 30 minutes. They have an area for kiddos and it’s awesome to have everyone cheering you on when you get to your final station. This place has given me some sanity back and it’s such a stress reliever too. 🥊 Thank you to the owners and trainers for all your help and encouragement!! You all are amazing!!
I went here for 2 months over the summer and had great results! I lost weight and got a lot stronger while also gaining self defense skills, I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I’ve been a part of this gym for about two months now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience so far! The coaches are friendly and also genuinely invested in each of our journeys and improvement.
