Love this place so much!!! I been coming here for 4-5 years and the ladies are great! Such good cardio for just 30 min/and all ladies. !!!! 💕
They are courteous and thoughtful and efficient.
Clean facility, great staff, precious owner, phenomenal workout! Two minutes at each station with a 15 second rest in between. 30 minutes is all you need to get a great workout. I’m into my second week and I can already see a difference! Bonus: During non-peak hours, it’s like I have my own built-in personal trainer! You’re missing out if you don’t join today!!
30 Minute Hit in Lubbock is my favorite part of the day! A quick 30 minute workout (literally) makes me feel so accomplished and energized for the rest of the day. Iv seen a positive change in my moods, sleep, energy ect. I look forward to stopping by each day! Not to mention the trainers on floor are incredibly encouraging and truly push me past what my mind is telling me! I highly encourage giving them a try! You’ll love it!
