Love the kids club! & I really appreciate the women’s section! It can be hard to get in free weights area or benches at busier times. So it’s nice to be able to get in the women’s area.
Great workout! The Trainers are awesome! Tara and Rachel are very encouraging, If for any reason you are not able to do a station, they can modify it for you, until you are able, or just keep it modified.. The place is very clean, friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a great place, this is the place. 30 minute intense workout, with great training. I have been a member for almost 2 months, I can see results already (so can my husband 😊) and plan on staying with it.
I’m so happy I made the decision to join. I enjoy working with the trainers and being in and out in roughly 30 mins. They even have a little kids area for my children, where they can watch me or play until I’m done.
Joining HIT has been the best decision I’ve made for myself! I feel stronger each time I go. The trainers are wonderful, patient, and keep you engaged. If you’re on the fence, go. You won’t regret it.
