30 Minute Hit is my favourite place to work out and shake off a tough day at work. In just 30 minutes, it completely changes my day and makes me feel like I’ve achieved my fitness goals! It’s so simple. On top of that, the team in New Westminster is outstanding — they’re always welcoming and ready to guide me through my routine with the best attitude.
I have been a member of 30 Min Hit for a long while. I have always liked it, but I am even more fond of it since Mahsha took over and hired the best trainers. Not only are they professional, but they and the other members are encouraging, kind, and inspiring. I always feel welcomed and at home here. 30 min hit in New West is not only a fantastic way to get your body into the best shape of its life, but it is also a great way to be a part of a community of ladies who support and champion each other. 5 very shiny stars! ⭐️
I started at the gym with no boxing experience at all, and from day one I was warmly welcomed. The coaches are very kind and know how to motivate, always focusing on discipline and progress. The atmosphere is very positive. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and learn self-defense.
Simply love this place! The workout flies by, but you leave feeling like a total badass. Mahsa the owner is a total legend — supportive, fierce, and full of good vibes. The trainers are super friendly and always bring the hype. 30 Minute Hit New West is the BEST!!
No matter what word I use, I can't describe how satisfied I am whit New West Hit Family. It's been 3 years since I'm in Canada, joining 30 Minute Hit it's the best decision I've made. The coaches are wonderful, full of understanding and support to get me to my best results. Even though I'm not in a good mood and feeling tired, after the training I feel reborn and full of strength. Thank you 30 Minute Hit for helping me to better and stronger woman. 🩵🩵🩵
