I have been attending 30 Minute HIT for about three weeks now. I was nervous about joining because I am recovering from surgery and was unsure if it would be a good fit for me. However, it is turning up to be an excellent choice to help me regain my strength and feel empowered. I was nervous about trying this workout because of how out of shape I was but I thought how can I go wrong with a free trial. I can say now that I am loving every minute of it. Such a positive and encouraging environment. Very inclusive for every body type and age.
Was looking for a boxing workout and came across 30 minute .. came for a trial and loved it . Every trainers at 30 minute hit pushes you to do more than you think you can do and continually motivates you. Bonus is I also met a friend and we come together to work out ... we even hang outside of 30 minute hit !
I've been going to here for 4 weeks and everytime I leave I am excited to come back. It's such a positive woman empowering environment. As a new mom I needed an outlet for my mental and physical health and this place has been amazing for both. Thanks everyone for making me feel so welcomed and encouraging me to push hard every day!
Hit has been a game changer for my mental and physical fortitude. From day one, the mentors build you up and seem to intuitively know how far you can go and when you need a nudge. I can't sing enough praises for the gym culture. It's all about strength and support...and having a laugh once in a while too. At 50, I feel like my 30 self again. Got my grit back baby! Whooa!!!
