I absolutely love working out at 30 Minute Hit! The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and supportive—it really makes a difference. Since joining, I’ve noticed myself getting stronger and more confident with every session. It’s such a great environment, especially for women looking for something empowering and effective. Highly recommend!
Great place to workout with amazing trainers. I love that it takes 30 minutes. You learn proper techniques and self defense. Your skill level grows with each station, so it does not have to be the same workout every time you go.
I like that it’s all women. Everyone is encouraging and friendly.
I’ve been going a few times a week for six months. I’ve definitely noticed more muscle definition and feel leaner. While I didn’t have much weight to lose, my overall energy levels are much higher. As a single mom, this wouldn’t be possible without the kids zone. We bring in colouring books and games so my 8 and 5 year old stay busy for my 30-minute workout. Sure the hours could be better, but bringing my kids allows me to come more often than any other gym in Spruce Grove.
I've been coming here for a few years now and love it. It's an amazing workout and the ladies are very friendly and supportive. I was nervous at first but they make sure you are comfortable & show you exactly what to do.
