I cannot say enough great things about 30 Minute Hit!!! Everything I looked for in a gym/workout circuit I found here. The hours of operation are flexible allowing me to adjust my workouts with my hectic work schedule. It’s 30 minutes in and out ( I stay a little longer to get my stretches done in the designated area.) The workout is intense and allows for levelling up. A warm and safe environment. Fabulous trainers who are respectful but always push you to do your very best. I am not just another face there, when I walk in the door I am greeted by name and feel genuinely welcomed and wanted there. Great space, a workout unlike any other. I leave feeling fantastic and totally accomplished!
