My wife has gone here for over a year and made incredible gains. They recently held a couple's evening where the significant other's of the members could workout side by side. It was challenging if you're not used to high-intensity but not at all impossible. I love this gym! I was never a big fan of gyms or group fitness, but this is so different. The trainers are so encouraging and get you excited for your workout! They truly want to understand your fitness goals and help you reach them. I love that my workout is only 30 minutes and I sweat more than I ever have! The gym is VERY clean and always smells good. If you're considering this gym, do the free trial! You have nothing to lose! This is seriously the best gym experience I've ever had!
I loved the trial so much that I decided to join. The staff are so friendly and helpful.The workout is challenging and I like that a trainer is always there. Look forward to getting stronger!
Amazing workout. I belong to a gym but wanted something that could Kickstart my weight loss and journey to get fit. 30 min Hit was exactly what I needed. Its challenging and so rewarding. The trainers are wonderful and the other women are inspiring to workout with. Lastly, getting in and getting a fantastic workout in just 30 mins is the best part. I love it!
I truly enjoyed my trial class. It was the exact intensity I needed and not to mention Larissa was phenomenal. She was patient kind and informative. I was nervous about having a sore knee but she made me feel confident. The facility was clean and the format was easy to follow.
