I have been going to 30 Minute Hit West Edmonton for quite a few years and just love it. All of the trainers are kind and amazing, always pushing you and challenging you to do your best and better, but can also adjust your workout in the event you have an injury or maybe just having an off day. This is such a awesome place to go to kickboxing,all women group if you want to get into shape, id recommend it to anyone you meet a lot of new people and the trainers are awesome as well i love going there .
New member to this gym, I was looking for a place to learn some kickboxing moves. The circuit is engaging and tapered to your level of skill. Great trainers that provide individual attention. I’m enjoying getting better each week. The gym offers no class schedule which is great for someone like myself that needs flexibility, I can come when I’m able.
