All I could ask for in a gym: tailored workouts with guidance from a trainer, positive and welcoming+ inclusive staff, ability to enter the circuit at any time and I can even bring my children along so child care is not a barrier to my workout. The team has made working out fun for me again and they make it an easy yes to continue to invest in myself
I really appreciate the accessible kickboxing workout. The staff are attentive to individual members' needs and skill levels, and are on the lookout for areas to improve upon or to push oneself toward.
Love this community so much!! I have grown so much coming here and met so many amazing people!! Would recommend this place any day. Thanks for being a great outlet in my life!
The atmosphere and trainers are absolutely amazing! Hands down the best decision I’ve ever made to start working out here. It’s been so good for my physical and mental health and I can’t recommend this place enough. They are the realest group of women I’ve ever met
30 Minute Hit (West Edmonton) is an awesome women-only gym that my girlfriend absolutely loves. The vibe is upbeat, supportive, and fun — it’s one of her favourite places to work out. I got to attend a special Guys Night charity event in October where members could bring their partner, and it was a great experience.
