If you lack motivation, accountability or just are self conscious, just give the trial day a go! You will find this atmosphere is uplifting, women encouraging each other and fun! There are all shapes and sizes who are all giving it their all and makes you proud to be there and be apart of it. The trainers are absolutely amazing and so encouraging. I love the 30 Min Hit West location! It is amazing to be able to fit in a 30 minute facilitated workout around my schedule. I love that there is total flexibility in times and no need to pre-book. All of the instructors are amazing and absolutely willing to work with you where you’re at. No matter your size, shape or ability the staff will make you feel welcome, confident and motivate you to keep coming back. Bonus points for getting to hit stuff 🙂
Unlike other work outs I’ve tried I’m never dreading or regretting coming here, in fact I look forward to it and feel better when I leave. Always a motivating and educational experience. Also there are strawberry grandma candies at the front desk for extra motivation haha.
