It’s been such a great experience! I was hesitant at first since I had no experience in kickboxing but I wanted a really good effective workout. I took 30 min free trial, felt amazing! Decided to join right away , the trainers and owners are extremely supportive and always encouraging. I always look forward to my workout there! Thank you for helping with my wellness journey!

I started 30 minute hit after 15 years of no exercise. It was a difficult choice but I chose correctly because the staff is there 100 percent to support you all the way. Beginners need that kind of support to make it a habit & that's what you' ll get from this amazing staff!
The staff at 30 minute HIT in Abbotsford are amazing. They are always there to give you the support and encouragement to reach your goals. The atmosphere is amazing and the other members are very supportive as well. I don't doubt that the management of this location has taken great care into chosen and training a team that best represents what their goal is for the clients at this location. Keep up the good work.
