One of my worst experiences, be aware what you sign up for. The trainers were great, but the workout is very simple, the equipment, mats etc, are not cleaned from one user to the next. Very expensive, especially since you sign up for a whole year (the biggest peeve for me) for a 30 minutes, do it yourself circle of the same excerices. Well, other gyms offer a myriad of options, equipment, workouts and yet you pay monthly and frequent it at your own convenience. Do not recommend!

Great women gym. Great atmosphere and very open minded. In & out (30 mins and you're done), open for more days and hours than other hit locations making it my favourite. Always a trainer with you, you can go whenever you feel like working out. Highly recommend giving it a try (the trials are free).
