I love that it’s an all women’s kickboxing, Fun environment, there’s always a trainer motivating and encouraging you. everyone is so friendly. Absolutely love it! Great workout and great for self defence. There’s a little gated play area so your little ones can play while you workout for 30 mins

Je n’ai jamais été fan de sport, malgré mes bonnes intentions. J’ai testé plusieurs gyms, cours privés et en groupe, sans jamais trouver la motivation… jusqu’à ce que je découvre HIT 30 min. Les séances dynamiques, les entraîneurs motivants et la durée idéale me permettent enfin de dire que j’ai trouvé LA place où je prends plaisir à bouger !

Sweaty and out of breath, this is about my first training session with Alicia. She's wonderful and very supportive. It was really hard for me, but I did it and I'm very proud of myself. Especially because it's been a while since I last worked out and plus I'm overweight. I've tried gyms over the years and always end up abandoning them, the 30 minutes I spend here is more than the almost 2 hours I'd spend in other places.
