Being new to Vernon and recently having a baby I was looking for a welcoming place that could kick my butt and 30 minute hit is it! From the day I did my trial it has been such a great experience! And the fact I can bring the baby and everyone just gushes over her while I do my workout is beyond amazing! Such a great atmosphere with all ladies to get a quick but very effective workout in!
I’m very committed to improving my health both physically and mentally. Participating at 30 min hit in Vernon has helped me succeed at my goals. Diabetes was diagnosed last October 2023. I became a hit member November 1st. I started slowly, participating 3 times a week. Within 3 months I had dropped weight & inches, and was able to get off my diabetic medication and controlled my blood sugar levels with diet and exercise. Melanie, one of the trainers/leaders at HIT - is amazing! She is inspiring and very passionate about what they strive to provide for women at HIT. It is an incredible experience. And to feel - being the strong, fit, empowered woman, each one of us can be?!! Thank you!!!
They have made me and my baby feel welcomed from day 1. They always push me to be my best and after only 15 weeks of hitting I feel so much stronger. Words cannot express how much it means to me how they are with my baby as well. Thanks to all the amazing ladies!
