Jay was amazing. He asked questions, stayed engaged, and really listened to what help I needed. I sent him photos, and he noticed that the person I bought my car from had installed the wrong battery, which meant it wasn’t charging at all. Jay went above and beyond by purchasing a premium new battery and did not charge me his usual full price for the job. He made it out to Chestermere within the hour of my request and completed the job in under 10 minutes. Thank you so, so much, Jay!
