Jay provides amazing service! He changed our battery within a day of calling! From the moment he answered the phone, he responded with genuine care. His pricing is extremely reasonable and very much appreciate the upfront transparency. He arrived promptly and the service itself was quick and efficient! 100% would use him again if ever needed!!
Jay came out to change my car battery.. and even though it was the wrong battery…. (Take note: … check what battery you need before you call him out! ) I am still extremely happy with the service. I met him at his store front and he had the correct battery waiting for me and installed it in minutes. He offered me a discount for the inconvenience- even though it was I would should have double checked that battery. Highly recommend. Honestly, friendly and very fair pricing.
Jay was amazing..he answered my call immediately..gave me an instant quote and didn't charge extra. He was the best price by far!!!. He was friendly and very trustworthy and laughed at my terrible jokes. Today, 17th February 2026, I had an excellent experience with this mobile car battery replacement service person name was Jay. Despite the heavy snowstorm, he honored the appointment and arrived on time to replace the battery. The job was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. My battery terminal was badly corroded — there was green powder buildup (possibly from acid leakage). Jay is amazing! Last month, I had a flat tire, I couldn't change it and I didn't want to get it towed due to the quotes I got. I was scrolling around and found this place and made a quick call. Jay was very polite over the phone and said he will be there. He showed up, fixed the tire without even needing to put on the spare. Payment was easy to do, service was great, would absolutely call again if I have future troubles!
