Today, 17th February 2026, I had an excellent experience with this mobile car battery replacement service person name was Jay. Despite the heavy snowstorm, he honored the appointment and arrived on time to replace the battery. The job was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. My battery terminal was badly corroded — there was green powder buildup (possibly from acid leakage). Jay was amazing. He asked questions, stayed engaged, and really listened to what help I needed. I sent him photos, and he noticed that the person I bought my car from had installed the wrong battery, which meant it wasn’t charging at all. Jay went above and beyond by purchasing a premium new battery and did not charge me his usual full price for the job. He made it out to Chestermere within the hour of my request and completed the job in under 10 minutes. Thank you so, so much, Jay!
