Ang San Today I have rented from them several years in a row back to back with no issues up until recently. I cannot seem to book online if I put in the calendar for more than one day, it tells me to contact them directly. However, the issue is that no one answers the phone. The phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. The other phone number to their location in Sterling Heights does not even receive incoming calls anymore. Be careful my better half and I drove a a hour and forty minutes up to meet for pick up. We did everything on line to book it and recieved confirmations. But were unable to talk to a person. Long story short no one was there to let us take the sling shot. The sling shot was there. We were looking at it. Waited a hour made multiple phone calls and text. No one responded. Still have not heard anything. Have to have the credit card company handle getting the money back. Because it still posted today. Would hate to see other peo... read more

Slingshot was sooo dirty and kept telling me it was because the previous renter returned it late. As if it doesn't take 3 mins to wipe it down. If you are a business owner, be prepared for the worst and this wasn't the worst. They just simply didn't give a damn. Bluetooth didn't work & had trouble picking up speed ( 0 to 15mph) no way in hell I would have taken this on the freeway. Vehicle was not as advertised so keep it moving. $250 hold did not just release after the midnight of return either. Just The worst
