This company charged me $500 extra for a shipment. This is double the amount I am usually charged. My broker and I have been trying to reason with the company but they keep pointing the finger to our shipper. I’ve been doing business with my supplier/shipper for 20 years and never had an issue. The $500 you charged me extra is theft!
