An awesome gym with a great environment and even better people. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment was great for people of all levels. It's definitely the best gym in Ottawa and the best gym I've seen in my 15 years of powerlifting. I'll be going back the next time I'm in Ottawa. Thanks to everyone there!
