I feel TJ with 3 Tees construction cares more about receiving money than having a satisfied customer. He is not concerned about performing quality work that lasts. Did a few jobs for my house when he said he got a permit, but didn't. Leaves a lot of trash behind after the job is finished. Built a crooked deck for me, and also a screened in porch with a roof that is deteriorating within a year from being built. Is rude and avoidant when I informed him of the issues. T.J. built our decks unleveled, a pitch of a roof incorrectly to where it was rotting within a year after it being put up. His crew left a mess and didn’t pick up after themselves. His crew also came to our house after saying he didn’t pay them. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had this construction company come in and do a few different things and all of the work he did was wrong. He took our money and ran. $15k^ Cheapest job I’ve ever seen done.
