3Strand completely disappointed us. After coming to our house to assess the project, and numerous calls, we never heard from them again.
3-Strand Construction and Design recently completed a deck renovation at 6730 N. Columbus. New deck stairs were designed and installed and the deck was stained. Thanks to the research 3-Strand provided and the final preparations our deck has never looked better. Since the re-design for the stairs, deck sanding, and stain application in April, neither sun nor rain has penetrated the new treatment--a noticeable improvement. What a difference. 3-Strand "redid" both of our bathrooms, our kitchen as well as laying tile and repainting several rooms. 3-Strand is absolutely the best construction company I have ever worked with. From the very start of the remodeling process they listened very carefully to our ideas of what we wanted to accomplish. We had some structural repair and electrical work that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner.. 3 Strand Construction did a fantastic job of accessing the situation, planning their time, and communicating with us on the individual projects.
