I am so pleased with my experience with this company! From my first interaction with Carlos , Nicole and Kevin , I was immediately comfortable with my decision to trust the honesty and willingness to work for my best interest. I was in a situation where I needed help and guidance. I was provided that and more. I would not change a thing. You cannot go wrong with them. I don't give kudos unless well deserved! AND THEY HAVE IT!

They were friendly and understanding of your situation, but I would recommend that you do your research on the market value of your home regardless of the condition of it. You leave a ton of money on the table going this route and not using a relator. You will be low-balled. It is like giving them your house.

I have been assisting Josh Cohen and his staff at 3-Step Home Sale in Northern Virginia with the notarization of real estate packages. It's always been a pleasure going to their office. Josh is upright, friendly, and hard-working. The office has an energetic environment and their team collaborates well.
