I brought my 03 Passat in for a alignment. They put it on the rack right away. I had been aligned about two months earlier at a different shop. I had been hearing a clunking sound when turning but was unable to locate the source. The other shop said everything looked good. They did the alignment but after a month the steering wheel was no longer straight and both outer tie rod boots were badly torn. I decided to replace the tie rod ends. Came for alignment 30 minutes wait time or less not sure everything was good even the PRICE for the alignment!!! Will be coming back here!!!!!
