Ty was an absolute pleasure to work with and is great about communicating needs, timelines, and expectations. I highly recommend 3 Sons Construction! Ty is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and honest.
We recently had our basement finished by 3 Sons Construction and are very happy with the end result! All the crews that worked in our home were very professional, friendly, and skilled. There were a few hiccups and miscommunications along the way, but Ty was always very honest and up front about everything, which we greatly appreciated. He was even able to save us some money on drywall, which brought the total cost lower than our original estimate!
Ty and his crew were great on our basement remodel project. He kept us informed at every step. His quote was reasonable and fair. His crew and subcontractors were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to seek his assistance with another project. Top shelf experience.
