Horrible customer service!!! Took a broken pandora necklace for repair which was sterling silver and tried to give me back an oxidized one. They were rude and I had to call Pandora directly who resolved the problem professionally and courteously.
The women who wwork here are very knowledgeable on every piece of jewelry ( or anything in the store for that matter) in the place, and theres a TON by a few different artists. I purchased a $300 bracelet made by Charles Albert, his stuff is incredible. They do a 30 day layaway program. You can get so many one of a kind gifts here, that u wouldnt find anywhere else.
