These people are scammers. I prepaid them to mow my lawn from April to October twice a month. It's now August 11th and they claim they have mowed my lawn 7 times. My tenants have been calling me and complaining. They have been mowing it themselves since they have a small dog that like running around outside. I have asked for my money back and they said they don't give refunds. Well the worst thing you can do to me is take advantage. I will be taking them to small claims court. Speaking to my lawyer. While the owner John is pleasant to speak with that does not make up for the total lack of consistency of service, broken promises, and lack of contracted services completed. We contracted 3 Seasons to provide property care for my mother-in-law who is in the early stages of dementia. She takes great pride in her property and we needed a service to cut on a scheduled basis as she needs order and consistency otherwise minor things become major issues for her. Stay away from 3 Seasons Landscaping and Lawncare. Last October we contracted them to do a complete overhaul of our backyard first thing in the spring, which included leveling yard, rototilling, adding soil and entire surface soded. They requested a $3000 deposit up front. After 3 months of no shows, numerous phone calls from us and excuses on their end, they had completed a few hrs of work filling in a pond and unearthing pavers. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews to use these guys but, quickly realized the complete opposite. 2 yrs ago they replaced my front and back yard. Exceptional landscaping and sod. Chris the owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt was also very kind. A family run business in Sarnia for a long time.
