As a former employee of the company. I appreciate the experience gained from the company. But they have a high turnover rate for a reason. They’ll work you like a slave and they pay shitty. They have some terrible people in management and the owners whole family is on payroll but don’t do anything to help make the company money. I used to work for this company. I enjoyed the experience but the management was manly filled with the owners family. They worked you like you were a slave in the 1600’s. They did layoffs about two months ago they laid off some good worker and operators who made the company money.
I've seen these guys make mincemeat of a hill around 100 yards away from houses, and most residents barely noticed it happened. They work with explosives with near surgical precision.
