Dined here on a trip out to Pennsylvania from Cleveland. A small staple in the Delmont community this pub is easily over looked but a must try in my book. The server was prompt and passionate about the restaurant. I was excited for the hot pepper cheese balls as they dont server them regularly in CLE. The bartender recommended a new hot honey cider they happened to just tap and they did not miss a beat on how good it was. The food is Great, but the service is horrendous.
While the food is decent, the service consistently falls short. Over the span of about a month, I've encountered three different servers (two women and one man) during my visits, and each time, they almost completely ignored me when I came in for a drink and a light meal. Honestly, I would have to consistently call attention to myself to be served... Service was below subpar. Food was delicious as usual. Sunglass waitress should find a different job. Absolute no customer service!
