Recently took a job out of province and had to Sell my house, fast. I have sold and bought houses in the past, this time I decided to give 3% Realty a try. We were Lucky enough to get in contact with Candice Mayo from the ATeam! Well ATeam describes her perfectly! She was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She had our house sold in 3 days and closed in 2 weeks! Just like we needed!
