we just buy a house from 3%, I have never see some one taking that long to awnser simple questions. they chase to have the deposit down and after that thats what you get 3% we had to wait 2-3 sometime 4 days to have the paperwork sign. after that they are asking when we can give the proff of financing while we are still waiting for the closing date answer.
Tracey Gunter was excellent at selling our house, very professional and her knowledge and guidance was exceptional. Totally recommend her
