Horrible response time, after 3-4 weeks of trying to contact the realtor through various ways the realtor finally responded. The property in question I enquired about as it seemed to be something fishy about the pricing tactic. I was quite interested in the original price of a home and after a week or so it was taken off the market and put back on at a different price. I've sold 3 homes with 3% Realty and the strategy worked each and every time. The experience was pleasant and painless. Definitely recommend! :)

I hired Mark Grossman to sell my house. Very, very poor job quality. He did not put a sign on my lawn the pictures were very poor quality and only 3 pictures he put up on their site. I contacted the broker Tracy Mullin. I was met with a very rude and bullying tactics from Tracy Mullin to the fact that she hung up in my face. The lesson that I have learned its 3% realty - you get what you pay for. Would I recommend them - not a chance. I would recommend to stay away and move on I did.
