we just buy a house from 3%, I have never see some one taking that long to awnser simple questions. they chase to have the deposit down and after that thats what you get 3% we had to wait 2-3 sometime 4 days to have the paperwork sign. after that they are asking when we can give the proff of financing while we are still waiting for the closing date answer.
